About ElixirGrow

A Phoenix-based microbial catalyst company for agriculture and remediation.

ElixirGrow Technologies is a microbial catalyst company for agriculture and environmental remediation. Our products activate the biology already living in soil to boost crop yields for growers and break down contaminants for environmental remediation. We were founded on a simple insight: the fastest way to improve soil is not to add more chemicals, but to wake up what is already there.

Why We Exist

Biology First, Inputs Second

Modern agriculture has gotten extraordinary productivity out of synthetic inputs. It has also compacted soils, depleted microbial life, and raised the cost of every growing season. ElixirGrow exists to shift that equation.

Our Mission

Give growers and remediation contractors a practical, field-tested way to work with soil biology instead of around it. Lower input costs, stronger yields, cleaner land.

How We Do It

We develop shelf-stable microbial catalysts and live culture products made in Phoenix, Arizona. Our formulations are tank-mix compatible with existing fertilizer programs, non-toxic, and proven across climates and crop types.

Who We Serve

Row-crop and specialty growers, turf and golf course operators, remediation contractors working brownfields, and brand partners looking for white-label biological products.

Where We Started

ElixirGrow was co-founded by three partners with complementary backgrounds in agriculture, operations, and digital strategy. The company ships nationwide from Phoenix and supports customers across the U.S.

Meet the Founders

The Team Behind ElixirGrow

Three co-founders, one mission: making regenerative agriculture practical, profitable, and scalable for growers everywhere.

Dan Grams, co-founder of ElixirGrow Technologies

Dan Grams

Co-Founder

With 26 years of experience in technology and marketing, Dan Grams brings a rare combination of engineering discipline and growth strategy to ElixirGrow. He began his career building broadband infrastructure for Excite@Home as a Regional Access Engineer, then spent more than two decades leading digital and e-commerce programs for consumer brands, most recently as Director of E-Commerce at skinbetter science through its acquisition by L'Oréal.

His connection to agriculture runs deeper than a career pivot. Dan grew up visiting his family's alfalfa farm and horse and cattle ranch in southern Arizona, where he saw firsthand the economic pressures on growers and the central role soil health plays in every successful harvest.

He co-founded ElixirGrow to give farmers a practical alternative to chemical dependence: cleaner inputs, healthier soil, and stronger yields for a more resilient agricultural future.

Merlyn Snider, co-founder of ElixirGrow Technologies

Merlyn Snider

Co-Founder

With more than 10 years of experience leading teams, building customer relationships, and scaling operations, Merlyn Snider brings a diverse business background to his role as co-founder of ElixirGrow. Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions ranging from Assistant Manager and Account Executive in retail sales to Customer Success and Operations Manager roles in the SaaS industry. These experiences helped him develop a unique combination of operational strategy, customer-focused leadership, and a talent for turning ambitious ideas into successful systems.

As co-founder of ElixirGrow, Merlyn is focused on advancing regenerative agriculture through innovative products and sustainable growing practices. Inspired by a deep appreciation for the land and the belief that healthy soil is the foundation of a healthier future, he is helping build solutions that empower growers to improve soil biology, increase resilience, and support long-term agricultural sustainability.

Josh Haley, co-founder of ElixirGrow Technologies

Josh Haley

Co-Founder

Josh Haley brings more than 15 years of professional experience in agriculture, land stewardship, and field operations, with roots in the industry dating back to his high school years. His background spans landscape maintenance, golf course agronomy support, nursery and construction management, ranch operations, water department work, and industrial equipment operations.

He has built a strong reputation for practical problem solving, hands-on leadership, and a deep understanding of how soil, water, and land management work together to support healthy, productive systems. His work in water treatment operations further shaped his perspective on sustainable resource management and environmental responsibility.

Supported by studies in horticulture, mathematics, and landscape architecture, Josh drives a mission centered on regenerative principles, practical innovation, and solutions that work in the field where they matter most.
