We're looking for a self-motivated sales professional to represent ElixirGrow's microbial catalyst products to agricultural distributors, environmental remediation contractors, formulators, and direct growers. This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential in a $17B+ addressable market.
What You'll Do
- Identify and develop relationships with agricultural distributors, formulators, and remediation contractors
- Present ElixirGrow's product line (Microbiome Boost and Microbiome Live) to prospective customers
- Coordinate 90-day pilot programs with interested accounts to demonstrate product efficacy
- Build and manage a pipeline of white-label and distribution partnership opportunities
- Represent ElixirGrow at agricultural trade shows, environmental conferences, and industry events
- Provide market feedback on pricing, competitive landscape, and customer needs
Who You Are
- 3+ years of sales experience in agriculture, environmental services, or specialty chemicals
- Existing relationships with ag distributors, turf management companies, or remediation firms strongly preferred
- Understanding of soil science, biologicals, or microbial products is a plus
- Self-starter comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
- Strong communicator who can translate technical product benefits into business value
- Willingness to travel to customer sites, trade shows, and field demonstrations

- 100% commission-based with uncapped earning potential
